Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499

A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

Undelivered or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.
